At any situation if you want to cancel the order please do so within 12hours of placing the order. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product within 7 days of receiving the product. and the same should be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order Id.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects. Return requests will be validated over the phone by ethix.in and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via a confirmation email.
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 2 business days of receipt of the package. You can inform us by writing to us at email@example.com
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. The product(s) should be returned within 7 working days of receiving the confirmation email. On receipt of the returned product, ethix.in will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to not be eligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product (s). Refund cheques will be made in the registered name of the customer only.
